Gorgeous actress Soha Ali Khan is famous for her stereotype roles on big screen. She is seen as a TV reporter in most of her movies. This time however Soha is trying a totally new genre of acting and that is Comedy. She will be seen in her upcoming comedy movie titled ‘Mr Joe B Carvalho‘. The talented actress will be seen opposite Arshad Warsi who is well known for his famous roles in comedy films like Dhamaal and Munna Bhai MBBS.

Soha is playing a character of a Police Inspector in the role while Arshad will be seen as a private detective who assists her in her assignments. She further spoke about her new role in the movie and said it was very essential for her to do this character at his time as she wanted to break her own image of doing typical roles in every film.

However comedy is something that everyone can not do. It can not be learnt. You have to have that factor in you. That’s the challenge. Big comedians in the industry are not trained to make people laugh. They do it spontaneously and that is their forte. While working with one such great comic actor in industry- Arshad Warsi was really a challenge for Soha.

She is always ready to make fun of herself.

‘Mr Joe B Carvalho’ is directed by Samir Tewari and will be released on 3rd January 2014.

Soha wore a bikini in the film

While speaking about her bikini scenes in the film, Soha explained that the film still remains a complete family entertainer. In a film there was a scene where she was required to show off some skin and wearing bikini was a need of the script. Soha will be seen in a blue hot bikini. Soha defends her act by saying that the scenes are not shoot to lure audience but it was a demand of the plot. Director who was more shy than Soha when this bikini scene was shot is aware of the type of audience for this film.
