Mallika Sherawat is living life king size. We have talked about it already. But the latest reports suggested that a luxurious Paris apartment is also a part of her lavish lifestyle. Reports surfaced, that Mallika and her boyfriend, Cyrille Auxenfans, owe their landlord around 80,000 euros of rent for their apartment on tony 16th Arrondissement. Whoa! Right? Apparently, the duo was not paying their rent as part of a protest against the incident when Mallika was robbed in the building’s hallway.
A report by Francetvinfo, first carried by BBC, quotes the couple’s lawyer as saying that the unpaid rent is Mallika and Cyrille’s way ‘showing their annoyance’. Though, in a first, Mallika has come out and declared the news reports rubbish. In fact, she has clarified that she has no such alleged apartment in Paris in that vicinity or anywhere. She tweeted, “Some in the media think I hv an apartment in Paris !! It’s absolutely Not True , if someone has donated one to me, pls send me the address :)”
Well, while we all may be in awe of Mallika’s Parisian lifestyle, reports seem to have taken it a tad bit too far. Let us see how this story develops further.
Though the report quotes the landlord’s lawyer saying, “Ms. Sherawat would have been the best-paid actress in 2016. We are talking about 46 million euros of income and a fortune of 140 million. We are far from the tenant in difficulty”.
Mallika was last seen in the international film Time Raiders.
