Amir Khan has given strict instructions to his staff and team members not to comment anything about the upcoming movie ‘Talaash‘. It is widely talked that the movie is inspired by a Hollywood and a South Indian movie. The Amir Khan starer movie has created enough buzz with its teaser promo. However after that the rumors were spread that the psychological thriller directed by Reema Kagti is inspired by multiple films. Producers of the movie abstained from either clarification of denial on this issue.
The similarities between Talaash and other films were found by the critics. It is said that the story resembles to one south Indian movie ‘Anniyan‘ which was released in 2005. Similar resemblances were found with two Hollywood films namely – ‘Identity‘ which is a horror mystery released in 2003 and ‘Shutter Island‘ which featured Leonardo DiCaprio as a lead actor in 2010. Cine pundits also quoted that the release of the movie Talaash was postponed only because of the fact that the story is quite similar to the Vidya Balan starer ‘Kahani‘.
Amir – on the other hand – is quite and cool as usual. He is very confident about his work and is very certain that the promos of the film which will be released on Wednesday will make things clear to audience. It is known that Amir has taken lots of efforts while worked for the promo even though he was working for Dhoom 3 in Chicago.
