Ali Abbas Zafar’s directorial ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is standing strong at the box office. The high budgeted Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer is slowly stepping towards the Rs. 300 crores club. Till Tuesday, the movie collected a total of Rs. 280.62 crores and it still is doing a great business at the box office. Yesterday on its 13th day, despite the protests, Bhaijaan’s film managed to pocket Rs. 5.84 crores, taking the total to Rs. 286.46 crores. As all the protests are seemingly over now, Bhai again has another weekend to cross the Rs. 300 crore mark. Salman already has two films: ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ (Rs. 320.24 crores) and ‘Sultan’ (Rs. 300.54 crores) in the elite 300 crore club and TZH’s performance at the ticket windows looks like this can become Salman’s third film to achieve the unique feat which no other actor has yet achieved.

Salman’s TZH still has a total of 8 days to do the unstoppable business. No big film is scheduled to release before 12th January. Though Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Kaalakaandi’ and Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Mukkabaaz’ will hit the screens on 12th, we feel the main competition TZH will face on 26th January. The Republic Day has two big films, ‘Aiyaary’ and ‘Pad Man’, which can outperform Bhai’s film but before that, we feel it’s a green signal for Salman at the box office to continue doing the humongous business.
