Veena Malik recently got married is an old news now.Whats the latest update is that Veena wants to invite as many celebrities as possible tpo her wedding reception which will take place in Pakistan in March. It is to be seen which actors and actresses will visit her reception bash. Noteworthy is the fact that Veena is interested in inviting superstar Salman Khan to her reception.

Veena is married to a Dubai based businessman Asad Bashir Khan. As per Veena the marriage was not her immediate plan. However it happened that she met with Asad and he asked her about her marriage plans and immediately proposed her to which she happily agreed.

According to Veena it happened quickly. Their parents however were in talks on this matter since past few months and they wanted the couple to see if they are compatible. Veena found Asad as a suitable man for her who will not let her stop chasing her dreams. Her mother came to Dubai to see Asad followed by her father.

The fathers of the couple are friends since long time when they were in Pakistan army.

Veena further says that she had no idea that she will be getting married so soon and all this will happen so quickly. They met on 15the December and on 25th December they were married. Speaking about her current projects, Veena revealed that she is currently busy with the shoot of her Punjabi film titled ‘Ae Dil Da Maamla’.
