You all might have guessed which celeb wedding we are talking about. It’s none other than the union of two beautiful, stunning and super-talented people, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma.

While he is young, forceful, nonchalant, modern and successful, she is smart, practical, entrenched and very desi so to say. And there is no denying that the coming together of these two strong personalities or big brands is a force to reckon with.

After a lot of conjectures buzzing around here and there, lovebirds Anushka and Virat walked down the aisle and became one on December 11, 2017. They got married in a grand style, but successfully guarded this news until they were done with it. It was only after a few hours of getting hitched, they made an official announcement by the end of the day. And we can say they have given an amazing gift to all their fans out there.

Here’s what their spokesperson stated:

“We are extremely grateful to the media for their support and understanding in making this special occasion a memorable one and thank them for their continued love and support.”

Soon good wishes and pictures and videos started pouring in. Whether we talk about their engagement ceremony, mehendi function or wedding, these two just nailed it with their unmatchable aura of a bride and a groom. So much love, so much respect, so much happiness and what not, it’s all evident in their wedding pictures, which are doing the rounds on the internet.

Well, now the latest news is that the couple will be spending their New Year’s Eve in South Africa. Here’s the statement made by their spokesperson as per the reports:

“The newlywed couple will travel to South Africa where Virat will start prepping for the upcoming series and Anushka will spend New Year’s Eve with him and return in the first week of January to begin the next schedule of Anand L Rai’s film with Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai. She will also start prepping for Sui Dhaaga as the shooting for the same starts in February 2018 with Varun Dhawan. Anushka will also be busy with the marketing and promotions of Pari which is releasing on 9th February.”

The couple will soon be shifting to their new sea-facing house in Worli, Mumbai. The statement further went like:

“Virat, on the other hand, will be playing the series in South Africa for 2 months which includes three Tests, six One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. Post their wedding the newlywed couple will be shifting to their new residence in Worli, Mumbai in December once they return from Delhi.”
