Actor Paras Kalnawat, who rose to fame with his stint in Anupama is no longer a part of the show. The makers of the show have terminated his contract after he signed another show on a rival channel.

For the unversed, Paras has signed the upcoming dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 and hence the production house has decided to terminate his contract.

The production house recently released a statement where they mentioned that on account of breach of contract for signing up a show on another channel, Paras’s services as an actor have been terminated with immediate effect

The production house of Anupamaa and the channel have collectively taken this decision. According to Rajan Shahi (the producer of the show), “We as a production house won’t entertain breach of contract. We have terminated his services as an actor with immediate effect. We wish him all the best for his future endeavors.”
