Anupama and Vanraj speak over phone to some and at once say their restaurant would be the best. He helps her pronounce word women empowerment. She helps him with a pen to sign documents. He asks if she talked about competition to impress Mukku or just like that. She says whatever he thinks. He says people are either dear ones or strangers, friends or enemies, together or separated, they were everything, same and different than each other. He sasy she is same, but he is different. He says he is same except his changed attitude. She says he still has attitude and says Kanhaji writes best screenplay of real lives, so nobody can compete with him; who thought that she ____ Anuj whom she didn’t even know 26 years in college. He asks what? She says earlier Anuj came in her life and now Mukku. He says he used to feel jealous of Anuj once, but now he is not.

Anuj thinks what if Mukku took 50 lakhs from his vast business, he should have questioned Vanraj if he doesn’t trust him instead of Mukku, he shouldn’t have questioned Mukku as whole business belongs to her. He then thinks of gifting Mukku something on Christmas eve. Vanraj continues chatting with Anu and says he feels they are college friends who are still connected, she is always helpful to him. She says she feels proud of herself seeing her recent progress. She further says relationships changed between them, but they are still connected, etc. He says he knows Anuj doesn’t like his and Malvika’s partnership, but he is interested in only work. She says she told Anuj that he may have 1000 defects, but he is professional. He thanks her and asks what defects does he have. She says adamancy, arrogance, anger, etc., and asks him not to prove Anuj’s doubt wrong. Peon informs her that Anuj is calling him. She wishes him all the best. He says Vanika is the best in business. She says let us see and walks towards Anuj’s cabin smiling at him. Vanraj looks at his nameplate and remembers his old nameplate. Mukku joins him and discusses business. Anuj joins Anu on the other side and discusses about their project. They all 3 look happy. An encouraging song plays in he background.

After work, Anu rushes out of office when Malvika gives her Christmas party invitation. Anu says she never attended Christmas party before. Malvika says she got credit of her first Christmas party then and expresses her sorrows of missing her parents. Anu cheers her up. She asks her to attend party at Vanraj’s house on time and praises her for her positive attitude and visiting Shahs even after her divorce. Anu smiles. Malvika slips and falls. Anu helps her get up and notices her shoe laces open. Anuj enters and ties Mukku’s shoe laces scolding her to learn tying them and then offers to drop her home. She says she brought Nandini’s cycle, requests Anu to bring carrot cake, and while riding away asks Anuj when he loves Anu, why didn’t he propose her yet, she would have long ago. They both feel nervous.

At Shah house, Shahs decorate house for Christmas party. Bapuji says he will become Santa Claus today. Mamaji says he will and jokes. Kinjal suggests them both to enact Santa Claus and distribute gifts to family. Malvika drags Baa out and insists her to decorate Christmas tree. Baa denies. She says only Leela darling will decorate Christmas tree. Baa says she is only her husband’s darling. Bapuji feels shy. Malvika says darling means cute. Baa says she is and decorates tree. Bapuji gives moral gyaan about unity in Indian citizens and celebrating Christmas, Janmastami, eid together as one family. Malvika praises his thinking and Mamaji jokes. She then tries to fix star on tree when Kavya fixes it before her. On the other side, Anu is busy grating carrots for carrot cake when Anuj enters and acts as cutting his finger. She gets worried. He laughs and says he joked and holds her face while she feels shy.

Precap: Anuj asks Anu if she loves him. She feels shy. Malvika requests Bapuji to get Anu and Anuj married.
