Bollywood action king superstar Akshay Kumar alias Akki has just turned 45 today. He has just completed 23 years in industry and has worked in as many as 100 films. Moreover he has worked in number of blockbuster super hit movies. Today he is one of the leading actors in the industry. His recently released movie ‘Rowdy Rathore‘ broke all the box office records and brought him huge success.

He is known in Bollywood for his thorough professional attitude and discipline. On his birthday he expressed his views on current situation of Hindi cinema, his future plans and shared his opinions about his co-stars Sonakshi and Katrina with whom he has delivered blockbuster movies. He discussed a lot on his personal life including fatherhood and wife Twinkle. When asked about his views on why he wants that critics should also be film makers he gave vent to his thoughts.

Akshay Kumar is fondly called as ‘Khiladi‘ as this title has been a lucky one or him. Since his second movie ‘Khiladi‘ helped him get established in the industry, after almost 20 years he is starring in another movie named ‘Khiladi 786‘ in which Asin will be his co star.

As a very humble person Akshay has a deep faith in God and he believes that God is always with him – in his bad or good time. He is not complaining to God for the failures he received or success that he got very late…moreover he is not even thinking about it.

Akshay believes that he is a common man – not a superstar. He is a man with family who has dreams in his eyes just like any other individual. He believes in trying hard, making mistakes and learning from them. Being pessimistic is not in his books. He believes in being optimistic. Unlike other superstars of his caliber he feels that he is not a phenomenon but an ordinary man. He believes that he is not the only best looking handsome hunk.

Through his simple ideology Akshay Kumar has set up an example of hard working and committed professional and is really an idol not only for his juniors but also for all of us. This is a reason we- as his fans – love and admire him so much.
