Hrithik Roshan ready for Hollywood

Hrithik Roshan is ready to make his first and much awaited Hollywood debut with Rob Cohen’s action thriller film.

After winning hearts of his Bollywood fans, Hrithik Roshan is all set make his Hollywood debut soon. The superstar was recently spotted with Hollywood director Rob Cohen who has directed popular movies like ‘The Fast and Furious‘ and ‘The Mummy‘. The meeting was held at a posh restaurant in Mumbai to discuss a project which undoubtedly going to be an action thriller.

It seems that Hrithik has been the first choice of the star director as he is keen on having Hrithik on board. The project is on the verge of finalisation and Hrithik may soon be seen in a Hollywood film in a leading role.

 

For this meeting Hrithik was accompanied by his father and filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and mother Pinky Roshan. Being director and producer of big budget super hit films himself, Rakesh Roshan knows the importance of this project for his sons career and was seen taking serious interest in the discussion. It will undoubtedly a big leap forward in Hrithik’s career and another accolade will be added to his crown once he stars in this Hollywood action flick.

 

We understand that Rob has made several trips to India in the past as well to meet the superstar. Those were running visits though. This time he took ample time to talk on the project.

 

Post the success of Krrish 3, Hrithik has gained popularity and recognition worldwide and his popularity seems to have compelled Hollywood producers and directors to focus their attention to Indian actors as well. Few years ago when the talks of crowning the next James Bond were on, Hrithik’s name was prominently highlighted and he was among the top names been discussed to the role of James Bond. However the contract was awarded to British actor Daniel Craig. If Hrithik was selected for this role then it would have been a big success not only for him, but the entire Hindi film industry.

 

Hrithik Roshan is currently busy with two projects. He is shooting for Siddharth Malhotra’s ‘Bang Bang‘ and has signed Ashutosh Gowariker’s ‘Mohenjo-Daro‘.
